Hong Kong

Takuma, thank you for your trip report about Hong Kong. It is definitely a very exciting city and has some of the most beautiful views of any city in the world. I hope you enjoyed the shopping and cuisine, and I hope you had the opportunity to eat dim sum (Cantonese dumplings) in the morning. About the African recipe

Have you tried the African recipe from the October Globetrotter? I'd love to hear about your experiences!

If you are thinking about making it, it is very important to use unsweetened (no sugar) peanut butter. Unsweetened peanut butter is difficult to find in Tokyo, but most import supermarkets should have it. I know for sure that you can find it at National Azabu in Hiroo. Good luck!
